OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS: The 2026 Harley-Davidson® Nightster® Special Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Lucky Peach Cycles LLC d/b/a Lucky Peach Harley-Davidson® (1384 Southlake Pkwy, Morrow, GA 30260) (the “Sponsor”), and Harley-Davidson Motor Company is not a sponsor of or affiliated with this Promotion. The Promotion begins April 18, 2026 and ends October 17, 2026, concluding at the final in-store giveaway event at Lucky Peach Harley-Davidson®. The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, except residents of New York, Florida, Rhode Island, Hawaii, the District of Columbia, and where otherwise prohibited by law; employees of Sponsor, its affiliates or subsidiaries, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible, and the winner must provide proof of valid motorcycle insurance prior to taking delivery of the motorcycle. Participants may visit Lucky Peach Harley-Davidson® once per calendar week to receive that week’s keyword, with each valid weekly keyword submission counting as one (1) entry; keywords may also be distributed at select events as determined by Sponsor, with designated event keywords counting as ten (10) entries each; regardless of method of entry, there is a maximum limit of three hundred fifty (350) total entries per person for the entire Promotion period. Sponsor reserves the right to audit entries and disqualify any entrant attempting to gain entries through fraudulent or automated means. A total of ten (10) finalists will be selected, with five (5) finalists randomly selected and announced throughout the Promotion period and the remaining five (5) finalists randomly drawn on October 17, 2026 at Lucky Peach Harley-Davidson®; finalists drawn on October 17, 2026 must be physically present at the time of drawing to receive their finalist key or an alternate will be selected; if an entrant’s name is drawn more than once, the subsequent drawing will be void and an alternate selected. On October 17, 2026, all ten (10) finalists will attempt to start the designated motorcycle using their assigned key, and the finalist whose key starts the motorcycle will be declared the Grand Prize Winner; finalists must be present to participate. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) 2026 Harley-Davidson® Nightster® Special motorcycle with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $12,499, and the prize includes the motorcycle only, with the winner solely responsible for all taxes, title, registration, licensing, insurance, and any additional fees; the winner must complete required documentation or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate, and the winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion due to fraud, technical failures, weather, acts of God, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control and is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries; by participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. All disputes shall be resolved individually without class action and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, and the Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia; for a copy of the winner’s name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Lucky Peach Harley-Davidson®, Attn: 2026 Nightster Giveaway Winner Request, 1384 Southlake Pkwy, Morrow, GA 30260, with requests received by December 31, 2026.
